ARENAL VOLCANO HIKE

Enjoy hiking through the rainforest at the base of the active Arenal Volcano. This park is filled with wildlife including monkeys, toucans, coati and a large variety of bird species.  Your guide will help spot wildlife and give you a detailed history of the active volcano. After the hike you will head to a lava view point to try and see the lava flows where we will also enjoy some ice cold drinks. You can easily include a visit to one of the area Tabacon or Baldi hot springs after the volcano hike. (Tabacon hot springs with dinner included option only)

What to bring on the trip

• Comfortable hiking or walking shoes
• Rain Gear ( just in case)
• Light jacket
• Bathing suit ( if you are going to the hot springs afterwards)

Schedule: Tour departs daily at 3:00 or 3:30pm Returns: 7:00pm (without hot springs) or 9:30pm with hot springs

Tour includes: Transportation to and from most La Fortuna hotels, bilingual certified guides, park entrance fees and drinks.  (Extra fee for Hot Springs entrance)
