RIO CELESTE HIKE

Join us for a unique hike in the Ternario Volcanic park. We leave Fortuna heading towards the village of Guatuzo. Our hike will begin around 9:00am at the trail head for our 3 to 4 hour hike to the beautiful celestial blue waters consisting of two pristine brooks that meet forming the perfect chemistry to create agua blue colored waters. As we walk through the Rain Forest, we will visit the “Teñideros” where the river gets its colour, the Turquoise waterfall, the Turquoise swimming hole and the hot spring . Lunch will be served at the trailhead after freshing up, we will return to la fortuna around 4:30pm
4:00 PM.

What to bring on the trip

• Comfortable hiking or walking shoes
• Long pants
• Rain Gear ( just in case)
• Bathing suit Camera and or binoculars

Schedule: Tour departs daily at 6:00a.m. Returns: 4:00pm
